Easy Orange Chicken(chicken with an orange flair!)

Preparation Time: 15 minutes, baking time 75 minutes. Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients: 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 6oz. can frozen orange juice concetrate, thawed 1 Tblsp. cornstartch 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 4 lbs. cut up chicken
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine soup mix, orange juice, cornstarch, and poultry seasoning: set aside. Trim away any fat on chicken, pat dry and arrange in baking pan in a single layer, skin side up.Pour orange -onion mixture over chicken pieces. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.

Ingredients: 2 cups srawberries 1 pint ice cream 5 ice cubes 1 cup milk (add more if needed)
Directions: Blend all ingredients together, stir imedietly. ENJOY!!

Ingredients: 1 Cup Ice Cream (vanilla) 1/2 Cup lemon lime soda or ginger ale 1/2 Cup Srawberry Sherbet
Directions: In blender beat all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into popsicle containers (found in stores) and freeze for 4 hours or overnight!!

Ingredients: 1 cup of Sprite soda 1 1/2 cup raspberry sherbet 3 strawberries or raspberries Directions: Add sprite to a cup (large or medium size) To the sprite, add the sherbet. Mix well, until no bumps are visible. Add strawberries, to a stir stick on top. ENJOY!! This recipe is a good source to use at parties to refresh your guests!

Prepare instant mashed potatoes following package directions for 4 servings, stirring in mustard when adding water. 2. Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Ingredients: 2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen broccoli spears, thawed or 1 large head fresh broccoli, cooked to crisp-tender 3 cups chopped cooked chicken 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp curry powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup 3 TB flour 3 TB water 1/2 cup finely crushed onion-flavored Melba toast rounds (about 18) or bread crumbs or crushed crackers 1 TB margarine, melted
Directions: Arrange boccoli spears in two rows, with stalks toward center, in a 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish. Spoon chicken on top of stalk ends, and top chicken with cheese. Set aside. Combine milk and next 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; stir well. Combine flour and water in a small bowl and stir well. Add to soup mixture, stirring well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Cook, stirring constantly, 8 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Pour over chicken. Combine crumbs and margarine in a bowl; Sprinkle over soup mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 10 minutes.

Ingredients: 2 whole chicken breasts 1 10oz. package frozen broccoli,aparagus,or green beans 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 cup grated cheddar or American cheese Buttered bread crumbs
Directions: Boil chicken breasts til done, cool and remove meat from bone and cut into bite sized pieces. Line greased baking dish with chicken meat: Top with vegetables, which have been thawed. Combine sauce ingredients, mayo,cream of chicken soup, lemon juice,cheese. Pour over casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Ingredients: 1lb. beef round steak cut in thin strips 1 medium onion cut in strips 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 can stewed tomatoes rice 2 Tbs. terryaki sauce Directions: stir fry meat, onion, garlic, and terryaki sauce until meat is tender and onions are cooked. Add tomatoes, simmer for 5 min.

Number of Servings: Makes 8 cups of sauce
Ingredients: 2 cups brewed black coffee 2 cups worcheschire sauce 3 cups catsup 1 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup Dejohn mustard 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup sweet soy sauce 1 large onion, chopped 1 Anaheim pepper, chopped 8 garlic cloves , minced 5 Tablespoons chili powder 1 Tablespoon crushed cumin Juice of one lemon Directions: Combine all ingredients into a large stockpot , bring to a slow boil, then lower heat and simmer at least 2 hours. Strain , and then it is ready for use.

Ingredients: 6 025 plain flour 2gs castar sugar 4 025 unsalted butter Cherries
Directions: Stir the flour and caster sugar together.Then mix in the butter.Keep mixing intil it is faily soft.Roll out mixture and cut with cookie cutters into any shape you like.Grease and sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking.Put potion of cherry on top.It takes to cook about 35 to 40 minutes.Put the tray into a pre-heated oven at 325 degrees centigrade.
