Chicken La Porte

Ingredients:

24 chicken tenderloins
6 Tbsp. butter
1 cup mushrooms
1 pound medium oysters
Basic White Sauce


Directions: Saute chicken in butter; drain. In frying pan, prepare white sauce. Add mushrooms and oysters. Bring sauce to boil, then simmer 5 minutes. Add chicken and simmer 3-4 minutes. Split into 4 servings. You can serve alone or over angel hair pasta.

Ingredients:

2-3 skoops of any flavored of ice cream
2 cups of milk
1 or 2 ice cubes(your choice)


Directions: You take a jug and put 2-3 skoops of ice cream in it.and then you take the jug of milk and pour 2 cups of milk in the jug that has ice cream in it and stir it with the egg mixture.then you pour it a glass and drink it.


 

Triple Chocolate Cookie Crunch Milk Mixer

Ingredients:

2 cups Chocolate milk
1 package JELL-O Brand Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies


Directions: Mix together all ingredients in a large glass. Stir or shake well. Enjoy!

 

Punch

Ingredients:

2 6oz. cans frozen orange juice
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup pineapple cubes
1/2 cup sugar
2 quarts gingerale


Directions: Combine all ingredients except gingerale and chill. Just before serving add gingerale.

 

Fruit Slush

Ingredients:

1-3/4 cup sugar
small can frozen orange juice
3 oz. can apricot nectar
6 mashed bananas
large can crushed pineapple
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries


Directions: Dissolve sugr in 2 cups hot water. Add frozen orange juice along with 2 cans water. Add apricot nectar, bananas, pineapple and strawberries. Mix thoroughtly. Place in individual servings or 1 serving bowl, as desired, and freeze. Stir occasionally as freezing.

1 ripe banana
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries


Directions: Break banana into small pieces;put in blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries, blend until smooth.

Ingredients:

1 large pkg. lime jello
1 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
12 oz. can frozen orange juice
46 oz. pineapple juice
6 cups cold water


Directions: Dissolve lime jello and sugar in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Freeze;remove 2-3 hours before using. Add 2 bottles 7-up or Sprite just before serving.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup instant coffee crystals
1/2 tsp apple pie spice


Directions: MOCHA MIX: In a 1-quart airtight storage container, combine milk powder, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, coffee crystals, and apple pie spice. Cover and shake well to mix. CUP OF MOCHA: Stir the mix. Place 1/3 cup of the mix in a blender or food processor. Cover. With blender or processor running, add 2/3 cup boiling water thru opening in lid or center feed tube. Blend or process until mixed and frothy.

 

Margarita

1 1/2 ounces Tequila
1 ounce Lemon or lime juice
1/2 ounce Triple Sec


Directions: Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime, dip rim in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the salt-rimmed glass.

 

Bloody Mary

3 Drops Tabasco sauce
3 ounces Tomato juice
Pepper to taste
1 Lemon; juiced
Pinch of salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


Directions: Shake with ice and strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. A wedge of lime may be added

 

Black Forest Pie

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 (6 oz. )Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese softened*
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Cocoa
1 egg
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. non- dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 can ( 21oz.) cherry pie filling chilled


Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Bake cream cheese until fluffy, add sugar and cocoa, mix well. Add egg and almond extract. With a spatula, scrape filling into crust, spread evenly. Bake 35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Just before serving, top with whipped topping and cherry pie filling. *Helpful Hint: Soften cream cheese in microwave on high 15 to 20 seconds. Chilling time 3 hours.

 

Banana Split Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 stick soft margarine & 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
3-4 bananas
1small can crushed pineapple,drained
1 8oz. container Cool Whip
Nut s and Marachino cherries to sprinkle on top {Optional}


Directions: Mix 2 cups graham cracker crumbs with 1 stick soft margarine and 1 Tbl sugar,then press into a 9X13 ich pan. In a bowl beat 2 eggs, 2 sticks margarine and 2 cups powdered sugar for 10 minutes.{ Important step }, then pour into crust. Slice bananas lengthwise and lay on top of cake. Drain pineapple and spread on top of bananas.Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with choppedapprox nuts and drained chopped cherries if desired. Keep refrigerated. This cake is fabulous !!!!!!
