Ingredients: 1white cake mix 1 box vanilla instant pudding 1 (16oz.)can crushed pineapple 1(8oz.) softened cream cheese 1(9oz.) cool whip nuts and cherries
Directions: Bake your cake mix according to directions. Cool. Mix the pudding which has been mixed with the right amount of milk, add cream cheese and cool whip, Put your DRAINED can of crushed pineapples on top of baked cake, then add pudding mixture, top with nuts and diced cherries.

Ingredients: 1 cup butter 1 cup water 1 cup flour 4 eggs 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. cool whip
Directions: Boil water and butter. Add flour. Stir until flour is used up. Let cool. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Spread in cake pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or till lightly brown. Will look bumpy. Mix tigether pudding and cream cheese, spread on crust. Cover with cool whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Ingredients: 2 cups dates, cut up fine 2 tsp. butter 1-1/2 cup boiling water 2 tsp. baking soda (in water) 2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 3-1/2 cup flour
Directions: Mix first four ingredients. Stir in brown sugar and eggs. Add flour and mix well. Bake at 325 degrees. Cut into cubes and cover with whipped cream or pudding and nuts.

Ingredients: 1-3/4 cup flour 2 cup sugar 3/4 cup cocoa 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 cup hot coffee 1 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions: Add ingredients in order. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Batter will be very thin. Pour batter in a greased and floured pan or pan's . Bake at 350 degress for 35-40 minutes.

Ingredients: 1-1/2 cup granulated sugar 1-1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup shortening 4 Tbsp. sour milk (3 Tbsp. milk and 1 Tbsp. vinegar) 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup mashed bananas 1/2 cup chopped nuts 3 egg yolks, separated ICING: 1 box confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup crisco shortening 1 stick butter dash of salt 1/4 cup milk
Directions: CAKE: Beat egg whites in separate bowl until dry and add them last. Use 2-8inch pans. Bake for 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. ICING: Beat all ingredients together till fluffy.

Ingredients: 1-1/4 cup sugar 3 eggs separated 1 lemon, rind and juice 3 Tbsp. flour 1 cup milk 2 Tbsp. butter, browned
Directions: Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside. Beat sugar, lemon and egg yolks well. Add flour and beat again until smooth. Stir in browned butter and milk. Fold in egg whites. Pour in unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees then turn back oven to 300 degrees and bake for approximately 35 more minutes.

Ingredients: 6 oz. orange jello 6 oz. lemon jello Dissolve in 4 cup boiling water Add cold water as directed on pkg. 1 can crushed pineapple (medium) 2 cans mandarin oranges (drained 1 cup small marshmallows Drain pineapple (save juice) and fold in fruit and marshmallows. Pour in a 9x13 inch pan. TOPPING 3 Tbls. flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg (beaten) 1 cup pineapple juice
Directions: Mix and cook until thick. COOL. Whip 1 pkg. dream whip and add to topping and spread on jello.

Ingredients: Hard Boiled Eggs Salad Dressing mustard salt and pepper pickle relish paprika
Directions: Have your eggs cooked and peeled, cut the eggs in half, smash the yolks, add salad dressing, mustard (to taste) salt and pepper, and pickle relish, mix well, spoon into white of eggs, sprinkle with paprika, keep refrigerated till ready to eat.

Ingredients: 4 bacon strips 18 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1 to 1& 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions: In a skillet, cook bacon till crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, cheese sour cream, onions, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 13X9X2 inch baking dish. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake till a knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 mins.

Ingredients: 3/4 cup chopped celery 3/4 cup cheddar cheese,shredded 1 ( 6 ounce ) can tuna,drained and flaked 1 small onion,chopped 1/4 cup mayonnaise, can use lite 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened 6 hamburger buns
Directions: In a bowl combine the first six ingredients Spread butter over bottom of bun Spread tuna mixture on bottom bun. Put top on and wrap each on in foil Bake at 350 for 15 minutes

Ingredients: 4- (1/2 pound lobster tails) 1- 4oz. can mushrooms 1/4 cup butter 1 tsp. minced onions 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 Tbsp. flour 1-1/2 cup milk 1-1/2 cup white wine 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions: Cook the lobster tails for 20 minutes and cut meat into bite size pieces. Cook the mushrooms and butter for 5 minutes, add the minced onions, paprika dry mustard and add the parsley. Drain butter into sauce pan and add the flour gradually add the milk stirring until thick. Add cram sauce to mushrooms. Add lobster and white wine. Bake in buttered dish for 15 minutes.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1 cup flour 1-1/2 tsp. salt 7 cup milk 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 8 hard-cooked eggs, sliced 5 cup lobster, broken in pieces 2/3 cup chopped ripe olives 1 (8oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces 1 Tbsp. dry mustard 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions: Melt butter in large saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, mustard and salt until smooth. Gradually add milk, blending well. Cook and stir over low heat until it thickens. Add 2 cups cheese and cook until melted. Add lobster, olives, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce and eggs. Spoon into 2 buttered 1-quart casseroles or 1 large casserole. FINISHING OPTIONS; 1. Cover each with a combination of 1 cup shredded cheese and 2/3 cup bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and serve with rice. 2. For each casserole take a package of frozen biscuits, press a lump of cheese into each and cover mixture. Bake at 400 to 425 for 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown. Serve as is.
